Do I get to pick my meals each week?
Yes! You have multiple options for your weekly meals — we’ve found that kids really enjoy being involved in the process. As we understand that preferences can vary from kid to kid, we provide a meat or plant-based option per day, as well as two fan-favorites: the Purrfect Pizza and Sunny Butter & Jelly.
When is the deadline to make changes to my weekly order?
As we cook all meals prior to delivery, our culinary team needs a little extra notice if you’d like to make a change to your subscription. This includes skipping, pausing, canceling, swapping days, or menu edits. All changes need to be communicated prior to Wednesday 11:59 PM Pacific Time for the following Sunday-Saturday. Please note that we are unable to guarantee any changes to your subscription made after the cut off time, but will do our best to accommodate.
What if my child has allergies or dietary restrictions?
We have options for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and soy free diets. To find which meals fit your child’s needs, check out our sample Monthly Menu. Lunch Bunch is a peanut and tree-nut-free (except coconut) facility.
What age group is Lunch Bunch for?
While Lunch Bunch can be enjoyed by all (we see you sneaking bites!), we design the meals specifically for kids ages 3-10. We will likely expand these age categories in the future, so stay tuned.
Do the meals need to be reheated?
Our meals were designed to be eaten at room temperature. We recommend letting the meals sit, covered, at room temperature for 30 minutes before your little ones dig in!
What do I do with the insulated delivery bag and ice packs?
Leave that to us! Place your bags (with ice packs inside) by your front door or your place of delivery. Our drivers will collect them as they drop off your meals, and our team will sanitize and reuse them.
